نشرت هيئة تنظيم الاتصالات مشاورة عامة حول اللائحة التنظيمية لأنظمة الأمن المادي المرتبطة بشبكات الاتصالات؛ بهدف وضع الإطار التنظيمي والإجرائي المعتمد لحماية الأصول والممتلكات المادية التابعة للمؤسسات والأفراد من مختلف المخاطر التي قد تؤثر في سلامتها أو تعيق استمرارية أعمالها وخدماتها باستخدام أنظمة الأمن المادي المرتبطة بشبكات الاتصالات.

قامت هيئة تنظيم الاتصالات بتحديث نظام خدمات أسماء النطاقات، في إطار تطوير منظومة إلكترونية متكاملة لأتمتة خدمات إدارة أسماء نطاقات الإنترنت (.om) و(.عمان)، بما يسهم في تبسيط وتسريع الإجراءات، وتحسين تجربة المسجلين المعتمدين، ورفع كفاءة وجودة الخدمات وفق معايير الحوكمة والجودة.

The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority has launched the Legal Affairs System as part of its efforts to develop and modernize the legal workflow across the telecommunications and postal services sectors. The system aims to enhance procedural efficiency, strengthen transparency, and reinforce governance, while accelerating processes, reducing paper-based transactions, and improving the experience of beneficiaries and companies.

Among the key services provided by the Legal Affairs System is the automation of inspection procedures carried out by the Authority in the telecommunications and postal sectors. Inspection activities and enforcement actions are electronically documented, violations are recorded and tracked, and related decisions are issued through the system.
